In session, you can expect a safe and brave space designed for the honest exploration of your emotions. While every session is personally tailored to meet your unique goals and evolving needs, our focus remains on fostering the insight and tools necessary for meaningful growth. Sessions are client-paced, with support and gentle nudges in a healing direction, when necessary. We do not explore specific areas without consent.

Is therapy worth it?

Absolutely! As with all relationships, you get out of it what you put in; therapy has been proven to help those who invest the time and energy – the more we lean into this process, the more impactful the outcome will be.
